This guide was written in System 7.5.5, hooray! :D. This means you can write a Word document, Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation on your 3DS which you can use in the real world! It is possible to write documents on MS Office 3.0 on the 3DS, send them to your computer, export them, open them in LibreOffice, then use it on a modern Office suite like the latest MS Office. However, many other things should work just fine. This is normal and a limitation of the program. Mini vMac on 3DS does not support networking or audio. I recommend doing it over FTP to do so wirelessly. It works superbly, and I have been able to transfer all sorts of files. To sync with your computer, you can transfer disk2.dsk between your 3DS and your computer and use it as a sort of container for your programs, files and documents.
